Mindful postures found in Hatha Yoga, to relax the main points of tension accumulated in the body, starting from your neck to the end of your spine and legs. 


Use Mindfulness to help you dealing with daily struggles, responding to them from a place of calmness. 

Explore the foundations in mindfulness; patience, trust, acceptance and letting go and without judgemental thoughts. 


 

In meditation we will; 

Reach clarity of thought while removing communication blockages.  

Reduce anxiety while cultivating kindness towards yourself. 

Tap into your desires, removing blockages and limited thinking.

Feel uplifting & grounded trusting that you are enough  

 

Relieve the pressure of time and the tension within it 

Work on your mindset with the power of affirmations
